Stacey Miller to join the department as new Project Coordinator

The Department of Family Medicine is pleased to announce that Stacy Miller will be joining our Department effective June 28 .

Stacy is a graduate of The University of Western Ontario with an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Masters of Science, Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, Measurement and Methods Field.

Upon graduation, Stacy worked for the Middlesex-London Health Unit as a Program Evaluator – Research, Education, Evaluation and Development Services. In this capacity Stacy was responsible for working with staff across the health unit and community partners to develop and perform systematic evaluations of public health programs and services.

During her time as a student at Western, Stacy was also employed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant; a Research Coordinator in the Office of Interprofessional Health Education & Research; a Research Consultant in the Faculty of Health Sciences, Health and Rehabilitation; and a Research Assistant in the School of Occupational Therapy.

Stacy’s main focus as Project Coordinator will be providing continuous support to residents with their projects, promoting and encouraging research in PGY1 & 2, and reviewing all projects for completion and accuracy before submission to their family medicine preceptor.

Stacy will be sharing an office with Jody Moon in the main administrative department.
