Tavistock, population of 3,500, is a town located between Kitchener, Woodstock and Stratford (65km from London). The community has primarily a stable farming population and a number of families who commute from homes in Tavistock to nearby towns for employment.
This practice was one of the first group practices in Ontario. The four physicians of this practice now are part of a larger 12 physician Family Health Team, and enjoy the benefits of team based care with allied health professionals.
