Characteristics of Practice
Dr. Dyke is part of the Owen Sound Family Health Team, which is comprised of 18 family physicians, nurse practitioners and psychologists.

She has a busy family practice with over 2,000 rostered patients. She holds an exemption for methadone for addiction and chronic pain. She is the physician for the Owen Sound jail and makes a weekly visit there. She does 2-4 shifts per month in the Owen Sound emergency room and is an active member of the psychiatry department and cares for inpatients there one weekend per month.

Description of Location
Owen Sound is located at the intersection of four provincial highways: 6, 10, 21 and 26. These highways provide direct links to Toronto via Highway 10, Guelph/Kitchener/Hamilton via Highway 6, Collingwood/Barrie via Highway 26, and Sarnia/USA via Highway 21. Highway 6 extends north to Tobermory and the ferry crossing to Manitoulin Island.
