Characteristics of Practice
This is a 7 physician Family Health Team with social work, NP ad pharmacist. Practice sees approximately 28-32 patients per day (about a 50-50 female to male gender split). Dr. Percival is a GP Anaes. who is also interested in ER and chronic pain. Comprehensive rural family practice excluding obstetrics (but includes prenatal care).
All physicians cover the ER when they are on-call and follow their own inpatients. The opportunity to spend half days with visiting specialists exists.

Seaforth is a small town 45 minutes north of London and only 30 minutes from Stratford, Blythe, Goderich or Grand Bend.
