Characteristics of Practice
Solo broad based family practice ranging from newborn (Providing newborn care in hospital including circumcisions) to geriatrics. One half day per week devoted to cosmetic medicine. Member of FHO and using EMR. Do minor office procedures including excision of cysts and nevi, suturing of lacerations, insertion of IUCD's and injection of joints.
Has admitting privileges at London Health Sciences Centre and share in-hospital call for Sub-Acute Medicine. Do about 8 house calls per month.
Description of Location
In Westmount area of city, near Old South, but have patients coming from all over the city. Office in condo complex.

Diverse population with many Portuguese patients, but quite varied socioeconomic classes.
