Characteristics of Practice
Work in collaborative Family Health Team consisting of 4 family physicians, 4 nurse practitioners, and run by community board members. We are a salary based FHT. In addition, we are involved with house calls, a local Amish Community with one senior's home and one nursing home.

Description of Location
Population about 7,500; practice size 14,000. Aylmer is located approximately 30 miles South of London.
